Coronation Afternoon Tea and Songs of Praise

On behalf of Margaret Porter, thank you to all who contributed in so many ways to Sunday’s Afternoon Tea and Songs of Praise’: the cake makers; the kitchen volunteers; those who set up, made table decorations, and cleared away; Geoff Cracknell, Barrie Bryer, Juliet Cracknell; John Vigar for auctioning cakes; and all who turned up to eat cake and sing. £455 was raised for Somerset and Dorset Air Ambulance - who were in action later in the afternoon following an accident at the top of Hext Hill.
