Nancy Green has decided to resign as Secretary to High Ham CLT due to work commitments. We thank Nancy for her hard work and commitment to the cause and look forward to seeing her as a member at future events.

At a recent meeting of the CLT Board, Angie Marlow was voted on to the board and then appointed as the new Secretary of the High Ham CLT. Angie has stepped up from role of Minutes Secretary. We welcome Angie to our group of local volunteers working for the community.

6th November ‘19 Public Meeting

A presentation explained: the aims of the High Ham CLT; how it will work with various public organisations; how it is work a housing project will be financed; what work the Board and Support Group members had done since the 11th July 2018 Public Meeting to find a suitable site for 6 affordable homes; and which site had been selected. Following a QandA session, those attending were asked to vote: for, against or abstain. The result was as follows:

This gives a mandate to the CLT Board to progress with a feasibility study for the site on Windmill Road, High Ham

27 new members paid £1 to become High Ham CLT shareholders.

The new board, assisted by its support group, is up and running and actively investigating potential sites in High Ham for affordable homes.
